What's the best class for me?

What ages do you teach?

  • We have adults of all ages from 16-75

Class Cards - How are they used?

  • The 5 and 10 class cards can be used for any classes and are valid for 3 months
  • The 20 class cards are valid for 3 months
  • The Introduction to Ballet course cards are to be used for the duration of the course booked only. If any classes are missed they can be made up in the other class during the course.
  • If many classes are missed due to illness or injury then they can be made up in a following course. Let us know as soon as possible if this occurs.

What should I wear?

  • Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, gym wear or dance wear.

What kind of footwear do I need?

  • Ballet - Ballet shoes or socks to start with.
  • Contemporary - Bare feet or socks.
  • Jazz - Jazz, ballet or chorus shoes, or socks.
  • Tap - Tap shoes
  • Tango - Socks and/or heeled shoes with leather soles (not too high).

What should I bring?

  • Bring a water bottle.
  • For stretch class please bring a yoga mat

Do I need to enrol?

  • No! You can attend almost any class you like - no enrolling. You can buy class cards which give you multiple classes in batches of 5, 10 or 20.
  • The exception is the 10 week courses such as our Introduction to Ballet - these popular courses require enrolment.

Where can I get changed?

  • We have ladies and men's toilets to get changed in, and there is also a shower in each.

What time should I arrive?

  • We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your class.

What if I leave something behind?

  • For any lost property enquiries, please contact 2ballerinas here and we will find the item and put it aside for you.

Can I view a class before agreeing to enrol in a course?

  • If you aren't sure about your course choice you are welcome to come and have a look. Just contact us if you would like to come in and we can arrange to meet you.
