Update on Spring Workshops and more

Hi Everyone
We have been getting enquiries about two of the workshops so here is some information to help clarify -

This workshop is going to be a jazz style of line dancing - not country and western.  Its a simple style of dance based on stepping sequences facing and changing directions. Its great for the mind without being too physically challenging, you get to dance to popular music classics - and have fun!

This is a gentle class which develops your visualisation skills and how you can apply that to a freer way of moving. The exercises are mainly done lying down. If you are stiff in some areas, have had an injury or find you have to strain to dance at times then we highly recommend doing this class. Its transformative! I, (Rosetta speaking) discovered feldenkrais in the middle of my dancing career and found it to be incredible - I still use the visualisations in my warm ups and in my approach to dancing. It also changes the way you breathe, with more fullness when you dance. Its also beneficial for just everyday moving around, so you dont have to have dance training to partake in the workshop.
Workshop numbers will be limited so even though the workshops are 4 weeks away (October 15) book soon!
