Sunday Lucia

Sunday has been dancing all her life. At age 15 she was accepted into the QLD Dance School of Excellence and then joined QLD University of Technology where she gained her Bachelor of Arts - Dance, majoring in performance. She was invited to join Odyssey Dance Theatre in Singapore also touring Taiwan. Upon returning to Australia she joined Expressions Dance Company as a recipient of the Young Emerging Artist award where she premiered in the Brisbane season of Virtually Richard choreographed by Maggi Sietsma.

Sunday started her own performance company in 2002 and has been an independent artist in Brisbane for the past 10 years, having worked with Harold Collins, Helena Moore, Sue Ellen Chester, Natalie Weir, Leigh Warren, Jaime Redfern and Peter Furness. Sunday has staged two full length cabaret shows in Brisbane and continues to provide entertainment for major corporate events. 

Sunday joined 2ballerinas in 2013.
