Noi Tolmer

Noi trained with Joanna Priest and Shelia Laing Dance Centre in Adelaide before heading to London to complete her 3 year diploma with Central School of Ballet. Upon graduation Noi joined Northern Ballet Theatre under the direction of the late Christopher Gable and the current director David Nixon, she has danced in many of the companies' repertoire expanding 5 years.

As a Principal Dancer for Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, Noi danced with the company for 8 and a half years and has danced in the productions of Cinderella, Edward Scissorhands, Highland Fling, Nutcracker!, Swan Lake & The Car Man, touring extensively throughout Australia (performed at the Sydney Opera House), Japan, Korea, U.S, Europe, Moscow, the U.K and London Sadlers Wells Theatre.

Noi has also danced for Adam Cooper's, "Shall We Dance?" at Sadler's Wells Theatre, London, as a Principal Dancer, Shobana Jeyasingh Dance Company - World Premier 'Bruise Blood & Faultline' at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Workshopped and created the role of "Sue" in - 'Sitting Room Circus' for Will Tuckett.

Other works include: T.V - Matthew Bourne's Christmas 2011 (Channel 4 & 4OD), Wella Trends Awards 2011 - Dancer, New York U.S.A. 'Ramji in London' – Bollywood Film, The Place Prize 2010 - Principal Dancer, "Slaughter on 10th Avenue", choreographed by Laurence Olivier winner Drew Mconie, Birmingham International Dance Festival 2010 - 'Utopia', Choreographed by Laurence Olivier winner Arthur Pitta and danced in many commercials and music videos.

As a guest dance teacher Noi has taught for many musical theatre colleges around London, a faculty member for Central School of Ballet as Senior and Junior school contemporary tutor, Associate Lecturer in Dance for Middlesex University and Workshop Leader for Matthew Bourne's Re:bourne, teaching across the U.K, The Place, Sadler's WellsTheatre: Big Dance! And guest teaches for the company. Noi is also a qualified ITEC Holistic Masseur.

After returning back to Australia with her husband Noi is looking very much forward to teach for 2ballerinas.

Noi joined 2ballerinas in 2018.
