We have a couple of announcements for March:

NEW CLASS - SILVER SCREEN JAZZ - THURSDAYS 11.15 - 12.15pm

We are exited to announce this new fun class - Silver Screen Jazz. It will suit level 1/beginners. We would like to welcome to 2b, Hannah Clark who will be taking this class. 

A little info on what Hannah has planned for this class - 

Take a step back in time to the days where Hollywood was old and the ‘Silver Screen’ was new. Dance to the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, George Gershwin and Frank Sinatra. Inspired by the music and movies of the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s 50’s and 60’s, each week you will learn a simple and highly-stylized routine. Whether we take a lean into Fosse, a nod to the lyrical grace of Gene Kelly, or sweep into the glamorous world of Grace Kelly this class is an hour of good music, good dancing and good fun.

NEW PIANIST - JAMES DOBINSON

We would like to welcome a new pianist, James Dobinson who will be accompanying some ballet classes coming up. Live music in ballet class is a wonderful experience - enjoy!

James will be playing for - Thursday morning Ballet Level 2 and Pointe classes on February 25, March 11 and March 18 

There will be more dates for other classes for April and we will announce them in the next newsletter.

INTRODUCTION TO TAP, CONTEMPORARY AND JAZZ COURSES STARTING NEXT WEEK

Our next round of 5 week Contemporary and Jazz courses for beginners will be starting next week on the following dates and times. There is room in all the courses if you are thinking of booking or repeating the course please let us know soon.
