Hi Everyone
We would like to announce the introduction of coaching classes into our timetable.
COACHING CLASSES
These classes will be limited to 5 students per class so that individual attention can be given to each of the participants. Its a great opportunity to ask questions and for the teacher to focus your learning on particular areas where you would like to improve.
They will be placed in during the breaks between the 10 week courses when the studio is available.
We have three time slots available to choose from coming up very soon –
- Tuesday 7th April at 10 am with Vanessa Mafe
- Thursday 9th April at 7.15pm with Larissa Fletcher
- Tuesday 14th April at 10 am with Vanessa Mafe
The cost if $30 per per person.
Just email us if you would like to reserve a place, your preferred time and areas you would like to work on.
FITBALL WORKSHOP REMINDER
If you are thinking of doing the fitball workshop on Sunday April 19th then let us know soon as its starting to fill up.
EASTER CLASSES and ANZAC DAY
All classes will be running on the public holidays!
