It seems we have so much going on its hard to keep up! So here are a few important reminders as well as new announcements so please read through carefully.
FIT BARRE STARTS THIS WEEK
This Thursday 29th Sept will be our first fit barre class that Kathleen will be taking at 6- 6.30pm. Fit Barre will be based on ballet exercises and will incorporate simple repetitive exercises to build strength and fitness. There will be just short pauses between exercises to ensure a good workout.
INTRODUCTION TO BALLET COURSES BRISBANE AND GOLD COAST
We have three courses in Brisbane and one at Southport starting in approximately one week. If you are thinking of re – enrolling or know someone that may be interested please let us know soon. These will be the last ones for the year. Tuesday evening in Brisbane has just a few places left and all the other ones have room.

INTRODUCTION TO TAP COURSE
Our very first Introduction to Tap 10 week course will commence October 8th. A great opportunity to get all the basics to get started in tap.
NEW! CLASSES AT TWEED HEADS STARTING 11 OCTOBER
We are moving further South! Natalie Havas will be taking classes for us at Tweed Heads. We are starting with just two classes one Tuesdays at 10 am Level 1 and and on Wednesdays 7pm Level 2. The timetable –

SUNDAY 9th OCT SPRING WORKSHOP
The workshops are coming up soon so if you are thinking about coming we still have places. We will be limiting class sizes so don’t leave it too late to book just in case they fill up.
WEDNESDAY EVENING CHANGE OF CLASSES TIME – Pointe and Level 4
From 5th October the Level 4 class will be at 6.15pm and the pointe class will follow at 7.15. The pointe class will now all be on pointe (if you choose to do so).
