Here is an update on February classes and courses coming up from this coming Sunday –
FELDENKRAIS AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT STARTS SUNDAY FEBRUARY 11 from 1.30 – 2.30pm
We are excited to announce our new regular Feldenkrais class with Beverley Ann Jensen. Feldenkrais Technique will teach you how to use visualisation and breath for ease of movement. It can be transformative, come and try it out!
No dance experience is required for this class. Please bring a yoga mat.
REPERTOIRE CLASS STARTS THURSDAY 15 FEBRUARY until 29 MARCH. 7.30 – 8.30pm.
This class will run for 7 weeks and will be learning The Dance of the Snowflakes from The Nutcracker. Nicole will be creating parts suitable for all levels. Come and join in the fun! Here is a link for inspiration..
STRETCH AND TONE STARTS MONDAY 19 FEBRUARY from 11am – 12pm.
Vanessa’s class is a great way to get you going for the week. It incorporates the best of pilates, dance stretches and yoga. Bring a theraband and yoga mat. No dance experience is required for this class.
INTRODUCTION TO BALLET COURSE ON SATURDAYS STARTS FEBRUARY 24 from 12.30 – 1.30pm
We are taking bookings now for this new course that starts mid term so there isn’t such a long wait until the next ones in April.
