Emrys Goldsworthy is the founder and Artistic Director of Brisbane Ballet, the bold contemporary company he established in 2019 to challenge tradition and drive the evolution of ballet in Australia.
Trained in classical ballet at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet under Christine Walsh AM and later a soloist with Royal New Zealand Ballet, Emrys went on to develop his distinctive post-classical and post-modern voice under the mentorship of David Dawson and William Forsythe.
