From an in-depth foundation in Choreography, Dance, and Movement, Bridget’s responsive practices expands to working in and with Theatre, Film and Moving Image, Digital Technologies, Writing and Music.

As a multi-faceted Artist and Creative, Bridget has a 20+ year career working as a: Director, Choreographic Director, Movement Director, Performer, Collaborator, Curator and Producer, Facilitator, Rehearsal Director and Mentor in Australia, the UK and wider  internationally with artists and communities.

Choroegraphy and Performance for the feature documentary ‘Iron Butterflies’ (Directed by Roman Liubyi) that is programmed in the 2023 Sundance Film Festival World Cinema Documentary Competition.

Choreographic Director, Movement Director & Rehearsal Director with Belarus Free Theatre & it’s Directors on several international and touring productions including ‘Burning Doors’ with Pussy Riot’s Maria Alyokhina (winner ‘Best Ensemble’ Off West End Awards & listed in the New York Times ‘Best Theatre of 2017’), ‘Trustees’ (Malthouse Theatre & Melbourne International Festival) and ‘Counting Sheep: Staging A Revolution’ (VAULT Festival, London) and more.

Solo and collective independent works commissioned and/or presented by organisations and festivals such as: BeSpectACTive!, House of Europe, Illuminating York, Urban Moves International Dance Festival, Supercell Festival Of Contemporary Dance, Mintfest, The Lowry (including ‘The Future’ – a partnership between Rambert and The Lowry and ‘Dance: Sampled’ a partnership between Sadler’s Wells, Birmingham Hippodrome and The Lowry), The Place and Chisenhale Dance and more.

Co-Artistic Director with Wahab Shah on the Pakistan and UK collaboration project ‘On The Hour: Dance Kahanyan’ supported by The British Council’s ’New Perspectives’ project.
